Many Laundromats use paper refund slips for customer problems. Although I still have a secure mail slot for paper refunds I have switched to online refund forms.
There are a number of advantages:
– Required Fields means you get all the information
-The information is automatically put into a form for tracking
-And the best part is your refund forms don’t end up all over the store or just missing.
