Outsourcing. How Much Do You Do?
Recently I listened to a webinar with my friend Lawrence Tam about Outsourcing.
Everybody does some of it but have you thought of others you can do to allow you to work on your business and not in it. Recently I moved more responsibility to my accountant to reduce the time I spend and it will actually streamline here work at tax time.
