Working From Home
Today I am working from my Home Office #2. Home Office #1 is in the basement, but it’s actually part of our 600ft2 bedroom and not really a basement so it’s OK.
Home Office #2 is on my back deck. Our house backs onto a wooded area so my view is the pool, yard, oak trees and some bamboo trees.
I just got off the phone with a potential customer that responded to one of my ads for my Laundry Equipment business. All of the marketing for my Laundry Equipment I learned how to go through the products in my other online business.
I sent the potential customer a fillable pdf form that I had created for $5 (it was actually done in about 2 hours). He is sending me the details of his potential location, we will run all of the numbers and help him through the lease negotiation, construction, opening Grand Opening and any other questions he has.
He is located about 4 hours from my house and with some guidance, emails, and pictures we will be able to complete the transaction and gave him a new store with only a trip or two.
It sure beats driving around 5 states and dropping of cards to laundromats hoping to make a sale.
The basis of the online system is very similar. Support a new customer as they build their business and help them grow and achieve the freedom and lifestyle that they desire.
With both of my businesses, it’s about following the steps and guidance of someone that has been successful doing it.
We have company coming over so back to relaxing.
